It takes the Will of our Soul to crack open the cavity of our tightened chest and feel what needs to be felt rising from deep within the depths of our terrified and broken heart.

It takes the Courage of our Ancestors to allow the emotions stuck and stirring within us to gently move up and out through our flowing tears.

Surrender leads to softening.
Softening leads to release.
Release is liberation.
Liberation is peace and understanding.
Everything we experience is with purpose.
Everything we still resist, hate and fear is our Quest.

This Quest is our unique Path back to God, Source, The Divine, which holds us forever in infinite Love.
