On the Art of Alchemy

You are the vessel of divine wisdom that others are waiting for, to open their hearts and reawaken their souls.

We shy away from expressing our pain and hurt feelings in difficult moments because we have been conditioned to believe this makes us weak and unworthy.

Yet, if we can reveal our deepest truth in an authentic way, it opens doors of communication and understanding. Because in fact, we all feel pain and sorrow and we can all relate.

When we shrink away in fear or block in contempt, we miss the opportunity to clear and complete. The same energy will find us again and again until we master and transcend it. Anger is sorrow in disguise. Fear is the belief in separation that leads us to disconnect; a self-fulfilling prophecy.

It’s not easy and I catch myself constantly, realizing I could have slowed down, taken a breath, and said something differently; more honest, more raw, more deep, more genuine; to illicit a more truthful interaction that honours myself and inspires another to see a higher potential.

Grandmother Ayahuasca trained my heart and mind for this deep shadow work and my effort is equally for my own sovereignty as it is for planetary healing. This is it. This is all we are here to do. To rise in our personal power with ever more Grace and in so doing reveal to others how they may do the same.

Truth sets us free. How we reveal our truth is a practice of alchemy and creative self-mastery. In the beginning we are reactive, explosive, messy and mad. Slowly we learn to soften and then we grow wise. Compassion births from the remembrance that we are all the same inside; all flesh and bone and blood and dying to belong. With every act of self-love we become more Artful in Time.
